The Isle of Capri is a really cool casino near the east end of the Biloxi Strip.  The casino is huge and the place has a great atmosphere, lots of tournaments for slots and blackjack, and some of the best drink specials in Biloxi.  They also have a free shuttle available for the Palace, the Hard Rock, the Grand, and the Beau Rivage.  This runs about every 20 mins or so.  Its perfect.
